Jacklyn D. Miles, CEO

Jacklyn D. Miles is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Miles and Chesley Consulting Services (MCCS), LLC.

CEO and founder of MCCS, Jacklyn Miles possess over 30 years of Federal Government experience. Ms. Miles has served and led many Financial and Program/Project Management, Process Management, Performance and Strategic Management Solutions, Technology Implementations, and Operational Improvements that resulted in successful business opportunities and growth in the Federal Government agencies.

Prior to forming MCCS, LLC, Jacklyn served as Special Assistant of Administration at the Census Bureau and Program Manager at the Department of Transportation, where she used her leadership skills, management experience and knowledge to deliver successful program management solutions.

Jacklyn holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in International Financial Management from the University of Maryland University College and is currently pursuing a dual Master of Science Degree in IT/Project Management from the University of Maryland University College.

Jacklyn is active in her community and professional associations, serving in leadership positions for several associations and foundations.

Selena Fleming, Executive Assistant

Selena specializes in organization and professionalism. Selena’s background includes a broad spectrum of careers that have enhanced her administrative experience. Before becoming an executive assistant for Miles and Chesley Consulting Services, she worked closely with local councilmen and city officials in executing political campaigns and organizing business meetings and budgets. She has also worked in healthcare and retail. Selena’s broad experience serves MCCS in countless capacities.

Selena holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business from Bowie State University, and a dual Master’s of Science Degree in Healthcare Administration and Business Administration from the University of Maryland.

Andrea T. Hill, Team Leader, Human Capital Management

Andrea is an experienced Human Resources Professional, specializing in Human Capital Management and Organization Development.

Andrea has worked in a variety of industries, including: Health Care, Non-Profit, Education, and Government Contracting. She brings to MCCS her expertise in human resources process management and improvement, HRIS system implementation, and strategic alignment.

Andrea is a graduate of Towson University and is a certified Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR) by the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI). She is currently pursuing a Master’s of Science degree.

Nitt Chuenprateep, Team Leader, Web Development

Nitt has had extensive experience in designing websites for federal agencies and educational organizations, and brings this experience to MCCS. He has experience designing for clients internationally as well, most recently completing a Tibetan language library project.

In his work, Nitt emphasizes user experience and accessibility.  He believes that a message is best conveyed if all members of the public are able to access it.

In addition to working in web design, Nitt has also had extensive experience in the public sector and in aviation.
